Review every result before it goes final

Why review matters

AI is powerful but not perfect. The review step makes sure every piece of data is correct before it leaves DocExtract. You're always in control.

How it works

After extraction, each document moves to a "reviewing" state. You see all the extracted fields with their values. Fields with lower confidence are highlighted so you know where to look first.

Make corrections inline

If something is wrong, click the field and type the correct value. Your change is saved immediately. No separate editing screen or export-fix-reimport workflow.

Approve and move on

When everything looks right, click approve. The document is marked as final. If you process the same document type often and trust the results, you can set up auto-approve to skip this step.
