How do I send documents by email?
Every account gets an email address
Your DocExtract account has a unique email address. Any document you send to that address gets uploaded automatically.
How to find your email address
Go to your upload page and click the "Email" tab. You'll see your account's inbound email address. You can copy it and save it to your contacts.
What to send
Attach your document to an email and send it. DocExtract will pick up the attachment and start processing it just like any other upload.
Great for forwarding
If you get documents by email already — like invoices from vendors — you can forward them straight to DocExtract. No need to download and re-upload.
