What happens if I run out of pages?

Every plan has a page limit

Each plan comes with a set number of pages you can process each month. The free plan gives you 25 pages. Paid plans give you more — up to unlimited.

What counts as a page?

Each page of a document counts as one page. A 5-page PDF uses 5 pages from your limit. A single-page image uses 1.

When you hit your limit

DocExtract will let you know when you're getting close — at 80% and again at 100%. Once you hit your limit, new documents won't be processed until your next billing period or until you upgrade.

Overage and rollover options

Some plans let you enable overage so processing doesn't stop. You can also carry unused pages into the next month with rollover. Check your plan settings to see what's available.
