How to add and edit fields on a template
Open your template
Go to your templates page and click the one you want to edit. You'll see a list of all the fields currently on the template.
Add a new field
Click "Add Field" and fill in the name, key, and type. The name is what you see in the results. The key is the machine-readable version. The type tells the AI what kind of data to expect.
Edit an existing field
Click on any field to change its name, key, type, or whether it's required. Changes take effect the next time you process a document with this template.
Reorder fields
Drag fields to change their order. The order affects how results are displayed but doesn't change what gets extracted.
Delete a field
If you don't need a field anymore, delete it. The AI will stop looking for that data on future documents. Past extractions are not affected.
