How to set up auto-approve for trusted documents

What is auto-approve?

Auto-approve lets DocExtract skip the review step when the AI models are very confident in the results. The document goes straight to "approved" without you having to check it.

Setting the threshold

You set a confidence threshold — like 95%. If the AI consensus meets or exceeds that number, the document is auto-approved. If not, it goes to review as usual.

Where to configure it

Go to your account settings and look for the auto-approve threshold. You can set it for your whole account. Start high (like 95%) and lower it as you build trust in the results.

When to use it

Auto-approve works best when you process the same type of document over and over. Invoices from the same vendor, for example, tend to have very consistent results.
