How to read and use your extraction results

The results page

After a document is processed, you'll see a results page with all the extracted data. Each field shows the value that was found, along with the field name and type.

Confidence and consensus

DocExtract uses multiple AI models. When they all agree on a value, you'll see high confidence. When they disagree, the field is flagged for your review.

Editing values

If a value looks wrong, you can edit it right on the results page. Click the field, type the correct value, and save. Your correction is saved immediately.

Approving results

Once everything looks good, approve the document. This marks it as final. Approved documents won't be processed again unless you ask for it.
